Of Record

What we sell

Three things, and the record itself, which stays free. Every figure on these pages is counted from the record as the page is built — 269 Ontario municipalities, back to 1960.

The applications, and what council does with them

Planning Watch

Every development application on the register of 138 Ontario municipalities, and every motion council passes about it — matched to the property, followed until it leaves the register.

The free record

Every municipality's record is published at its own address, free, with no paywall, no advertising and no registration — 139 of them live today. That is not a trial of something else. It is the thing itself, and it stays.

What is always true. The public record stays free at every municipality's own address. What is sold here is notification, shape and reach — never earlier access, and never anything a reader cannot see for themselves.
